Foundation Skills
Grades 4-6
Students practice and reinforce basic academic skills in a small-group setting. The goal of this class is to fortify existing skills rather than to introduce new skills.
Each half-day class is divided into three subject periods: reading and comprehension skills, language arts and writing, and mathematics.
Students are grouped by age and grade. There are no more than eight students for each instructor.
Instructors will provide a narrative progress report at the end of the two weeks.
