Live Action Award.

have had their poems published in
Creative Communication, Inc.'s Anthology: A Celebration of Young Poets
and have a chance to receive the "Top Ten Poet" award.

Patricia Webb, Kathryn Purcell, and Amanda Infeld, three students in the 2007 Fairfax Collegiate Summer Program digital video projects course, received the Most Positive Message
award from the Fairfax County Public Library's “Cool Clips” contest for their video,
The Vampire Exchange Student.
The Young Filmmakers Annual Awards Ceremony was held on October 18th at the Kings Park Library.
Patricia, Kathryn, and Amanda designed the video under the supervision of Ms. Celeste Ward.
Prizes included certificates and complimentary movie passes.

Chase Dubose, Nicholas Anderson, Tyler Powell, Scott Feit, Yuiko Ito, and Prihvi Hemanth, six students in the 2006 Fairfax Collegiate Summer Program video projects course, received the Best Drama
Satire award from the Fairfax County Public Library's “Cool Clips” contest for their video,
The Adventures of Refried and Soy.
The Young Filmmakers Annual Awards Ceremony was held on October 19th at the Kings Park Library. Chase, Nicholas, Tyler, Scott, Yuiko, and Prihvi designed the video under the supervision of Ms. Julie Napear and Mr. Ben Pelhan.

Ian Boyd and Zane Ziebell, two students in the 2004 Fairfax Collegiate Summer Program video projects course, received the Best Special Effects award from the
Fairfax County Public Library “Cool Clips” contest for their video, The Unexpected.
The Young Filmmakers Annual Awards Ceremony was held on October 21st at the George Mason Regional Library. Ian and Zane designed the video under the supervision of Ms. Shaziya Shaikh.
Prizes included certificates and complimentary movie passes.
